Review of "The Hanging Tree (Doctors of Darkness Book 2)" by Ellery A. Kane
A Four Star Read
"The Hanging Tree (Doctors of Darkness Book 2)" by Ellery A. Kane is an interesting story Although I haven’t read the first book in the series, that didn’t detract from my enjoyment of this gripping tale. The story oscillates between captivating intrigue and stark brutality, making it hard to turn away—even when it feels overwhelming. This isn’t the kind of book you devour in one sitting; it’s one that requires time to digest and reflect. Despite not counting down the hours until I could dive back into it after work, I couldn’t help but appreciate the clever plot twists and the remarkably realistic characters that Kane has crafted. The depth of this story truly makes it a standout, even if it challenges you along the way.
